When Old Trapper Beef Jerky needed to revitalize their brand, we knew that a competitors audit would be the perfect way to begin to formulate a plan for success.
While the competitive landscape presentation was only a small portion of the workshop we were holding, it was nevertheless an essential component of helping facilitate our discussions of Old Trapper’s identity and positioning.
For each competitor, we researched and summarized different brand components like verbal identity, visual identity, target audience, and brand archetype. This helped clarify the points later made in the SWOT analysis provided at the end of the workshop.
